| The purpose of the procurement is to conclude a framework agreement for the purchase of cochlear implant systems for patients with severe and profound hearing loss. The device ordering period begins on 01.01.2027 and lasts for two years or until the maximum value of the contract is reached, whichever condition occurs first. In the event that the conclusion of the contract is delayed (e.g. due to disputes in the public procurement procedure) and the contract is concluded later than the start date of the ordering period, the device ordering period begins upon conclusion of the contract and lasts for 2 years or until the maximum value of the contract is reached, whichever circumstance occurs first. | |||
