| The deadline for the performance of the construction supervision contract – from the signing of the construction supervision contract until the completion of the construction works of the construction object "Renovation of the Ventspils Pilot Tower, Dienvidu mols 5, Ventspils" and their acceptance into operation. The construction works must be carried out within 520 (five hundred and twenty) calendar days from the day when a note on the fulfilment of the conditions for commencement of construction works is made in the construction permit. The technological break is not counted within the construction works performance deadline. The necessary documents relating to the construction works contractor, for the fulfilment of the conditions for commencement of construction works (including documents on subcontractors, civil liability insurance policies, payment orders for policies, etc.) must be submitted within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the moment of signing the procurement contract. The construction works must be commenced within 10 (ten) calendar days after receipt of the note on the fulfilment of the conditions for commencement of construction works in the construction permit. The physical commencement and completion of the construction works shall be recorded by drawing up a corresponding act. The documentation related to the acceptance of the construction object into operation must be prepared within 60 (sixty) calendar days after the completion of the construction works. The construction works will be carried out and financed within the framework of the implementation rules of measure 3.3.1.2. "Development of dual-use public infrastructure of large ports" of the specific support objective 3.3.1. "Develop resilient defence infrastructure by promoting military mobility in the European Union" of priority 3.3. "Strengthening military mobility – railway and ports" of the European Union Cohesion Policy Programme for 2021-2027. | |||
