| Marijampolė Municipality Administration, in carrying out this public procurement, intends to purchase green space maintenance services for the eastern part of Marijampolė city. The contracting authority does not undertake to purchase (order) all service positions and/or quantities. The service provider shall commence the provision of services only upon receipt of an order from the service recipient. The Procurement applies Environmental criteria to the Services, which are established in accordance with point 4.3 of the Procedure Description – "there are no products in the list, but for the service or work being procured, the supplier applies environmental management system requirements according to the standard LST EN ISO 14001 'Environmental management systems. Requirements with guidance for use' (hereinafter – LST EN ISO 14001) or the European Union Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (hereinafter – EMAS) or other environmental management standards based on the relevant standards adopted by European or international standardisation organisations, or other equivalent evidence provided by the supplier" | |||
