| Marijampolė Municipality Administration, in carrying out this public procurement, intends to purchase green area maintenance services in the western part of Marijampolė city. The contracting authority does not undertake to purchase (order) all service positions and/or quantities. The service provider shall commence the provision of services only upon receipt of an order from the service recipient. Environmental criteria shall apply to the Services in this procurement, as set out in accordance with point 4.3 of the Procedure Description – "there are no products in the list, but for the service or work being procured the supplier applies environmental management system requirements in accordance with the standard LST EN ISO 14001 'Environmental management systems. Requirements with guidance for use' (hereinafter – LST EN ISO 14001) or the European Union Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (hereinafter – EMAS) or other environmental management standards based on the relevant European or international standards adopted by standardisation organisations, or other equivalent evidence submitted by the supplier" | |||
