| When carrying out the procurement and preparing the construction works cost offer, tenderers must take into account that positions 3.1 and 3.2 initially included in the prepared construction estimate, which provide for the installation of technological equipment and machinery for the grain reception and storage complex, as well as for the liquid manure storage facility, must not be included in the total contract price of the tenderer's offer. The said positions, as well as the related costs of purchase, supply, assembly and installation of technological equipment and machinery, must not be included in this construction works procurement, as they will be procured separately. When preparing the offer, the tenderer must mandatorily comply with the conditions set out in this note. | |||
