Price formation indicators: the total payment for construction works, including supplies and services necessary for the performance of the construction contract, indicated in EUR, excluding VAT. The Contractor guarantees compliance with the norms of Latvian legislation on occupational safety, fire safety and electrical safety at the sites during the performance of works. The Contractor has at least one year of experience in the construction field and is registered in the Construction Information System with an appropriate construction practice certificate. The Contractor submits a confirmation of an independently prepared tender. Warranty period: not less than 5 years from the moment of signing the acceptance-handover act. Requirements for the preparation of the tender: The tender may be prepared in free form, indicating the supplier's name, registration number and address, typewritten, in the state language, it must be signed electronically by an authorized person and sent to the customer's e-mail: [email protected]. The estimate in excel format must also be sent to the e-mail. The tender must state - the tender is final and will not be revised.
