Licenses and user support for comprehensive e-course creation software. The purpose of the framework agreement is to establish the conditions under which the Estonian higher education institutions named in Annex 3 "Orderers of software licenses" (hereinafter the orderers) may, during the validity of the framework agreement, order from the contractor and use licenses for comprehensive e-course creation software together with user support (hereinafter the service).
