| The Contracting Authority shall increase the contract amount by no more than 50% of the initial contract amount if: a) due to objective and previously unforeseeable circumstances (for example, demand is greater than initially planned) there arises a need to print more programme methodological materials, provide more methodological support to smoking cessation support group leaders, implement more smoking cessation support groups (both information sessions, main programme group sessions, and compact programme group sessions), provide more individual telephone conversations with each group participant, prepare more presentations and ensure more participation in events; b) the Contracting Authority has available financial resources for educating a larger number of representatives of the target audience. | |||
