| Contract performance deadline: The deadline for the performance of design works is within 15 (fifteen) weeks from the date of conclusion of the procurement contract. The deadline for the performance of construction works is within 15 (fifteen) weeks from the date of receipt in the Construction Information System (BIS) of the mark confirming the fulfilment of the design conditions until the commissioning of the Facility. Author supervision shall be carried out from the moment the mark confirming the fulfilment of the conditions for commencement of construction works is made in the construction permit until the complete completion of the construction works and the acceptance of the Facility for operation. | |||
