Project brief
The purpose of the public procurement is to conclude a framework agreement with a single supplier for the purchase of one new general radiology ultrasound device and, if necessary, for the purchase of one additional general radiology ultrasound device within three years from the conclusion of the framework agreement. Under the framework agreement, maintenance services shall be purchased after the end of the equipment warranty period until the end of the framework agreement, as well as repair work and spare parts if necessary. In addition, the Contracting Authority has the option to purchase additional functionalities within three years from the conclusion of the framework agreement. The devices must comply with the technical requirements set out in the procurement's underlying documents.
