| The purpose of this procurement is to carry out regular maintenance work, emergency work, and repair work for ventilation and heating equipment (hereinafter Equipment) in buildings belonging to the AS Tallinna Lennujaam group (hereinafter Buildings). The procurement is divided into parts: Part I – Maintenance and repair of ventilation and heating equipment in buildings located in the territory of Tallinn Airport (excluding the passenger terminal) Part II – Maintenance and repair of ventilation and heating equipment in the buildings of Tartu Airport Part III – Maintenance and repair of ventilation and heating equipment in the buildings of Pärnu Airport Part IV – Maintenance and repair of ventilation and heating equipment in the buildings of Kuressaare Airport Part V – Maintenance and repair of ventilation and heating equipment in the buildings of Kärdla Airport A tender may be submitted for one or several parts. As a result of the procurement, a framework agreement shall be concluded for 48 months in each part of the procurement with one (1) tenderer whose tender has been declared compliant and who has submitted the most economically advantageous tender. | |||
