The scope of work includes independent technical inspections of at least thirteen (13) wind turbines by a third party. The purpose of the inspections is to assess the technical condition of the wind turbines' main structural, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and safety-related systems, identify deficiencies, assess the condition of the assets, and support maintenance and investment planning.
