In order to submit a tender, the tenderer must have reviewed the confidential documents. The tenderer shall send the contracting authority a signed confidentiality agreement for the purpose of reviewing the confidential documents. The contracting authority shall sign the corresponding agreement, return it to the tenderer, and transmit the confidential documents to the tenderer within 3 working days. The contracting authority shall reject the tenderer's tender if the tenderer has not concluded a confidentiality agreement and thereby does not have access to the confidential documents. | |||
