• Purchased goods: Tires for tractors, tractor trailers, and trucks.
• Technical requirements:
  • Goods must be new, manufactured in 2025.
  • Tires must be EU certified (marked with the letter “E” in a circle).
  • The supplier must accept an equal quantity of worn-out tires (free of charge).
  • Documentation to be provided: certificates and detailed manufacturer’s description in Lithuanian.
