| Tenders may be submitted through the Public Procurement Register or by e-mail sending it to the e-mail address: [email protected]. Halinga OÜ is not a contracting authority within the meaning of the Public Procurement Act, but the general principles of public procurement are applicable to this procurement (§ 3 of the Public Procurement Act). The procurer has been awarded an investment grant from the Environmental Investment Centre (EIC), designated as an intermediary. The aim of the support is to promote the uptake of sustainable biogas and sustainable biomethane and accelerate the integration of renewable energy sources. The support is provided from the European Union's regeneration fund NextGenerationEU. The grant has been allocated for the implementation of the project.
