The procurement of the Services is carried out for the Recipient in order to setting up the local component of the personal data access monitoring subsystem of the system of electronic interaction of state electronic information resources "Trembita", which is configured in the State Tax Service of Ukraine to work in a separate mode, in terms of developing a software module for transmitting information on access to personal data in the ICS SRIT of the State Tax Service of Ukraine to local component, according to the terms of the Technical requirements (Annex 1) and the draft Procurement Contract (Annex 2).

Due to the interconnected nature of its development, dividing the procurement into parts is not practical. Engaging a single service provider to deliver the complete solution ensures consistency in development, reduces integration risks, and allows for the efficient and cost-effective use of the Contracting Authority´s financial resources.
