| 30% advance payment, 60% before dispatch of the goods, 10% after handover of the machines. For each working day exceeding the installation deadline, the Buyer may demand the Supplier to pay a penalty of 0.05% of the total bid value per day. The total penalty amount is limited to 5% of the procurement contract value. | |||
| Lepingu täitmise tingimused | |||
| Supplier must deliver, install, and commission the equipment within 3 months from contract signing. Warranty minimum 24 months. Installation and setup of the equipment must be performed. The installer of the equipment must conduct training for operating the equipment in Estonian or English and Russian. The training duration must be at least 16 academic contact hours. Online training is not accepted. Technical and software support for the equipment must be guaranteed within a maximum of two working days. Technical support must include on-site technical and software assistance if needed, within two working days from receiving notification of a malfunction. | |||
