Informuojame, kad perkančioji organizacija vadovaudamasi Viešųjų pirkimų įstatymo 27 straipsnio 1 dalies 2 punktu, siekdama pasirengti pirkimui ir pranešti tiekėjams apie savo pirkimo planus ir reikalavimus, CVP IS priemonėmis iš anksto paskelbė techninę specifikaciją dėl numatomo vykdyti „Nespecializuota psichikos sveikatos pagalba (individualios konsultacijos, grupinės konsultacijos, savitarpio pagalbos grupės)“ pirkimo. Primename, kad pirkimo dokumentų projektai yra skelbiami tik tiekėjų pastaboms ir pasiūlymams gauti prieš organizuojamo pirkimo pradžią, o ne tiekėjų pasiūlymams teikti.
