• What is being procured: Preimplantation Genetic Testing (Services).
• Main technical requirements, peculiarities:
  • PGT-M (Monogenic Disease Case Analysis): Analysis using Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) is required, determining Copy Number Variations (CNV) and Single Nucleotide Variants (SNV). DNA quality must be ensured. There must be a possibility to proceed with embryo analysis if the case analysis shows informative markers. The number of monogenic diseases determined is >1000.
