TIKSLAS: nustatyti ar potencialūs rinkos dalyviai gali pasiūlyti paslaugas, aprašytas pridėtame techninės specifikacijos projekte. Gauti grįžtamąjį ryšį iš tiekėjų, ar dalyvautų tokio pirkimo objekto, aprašyto pridėtame techninės specifikacijos projekte, viešajame pirkime ir galėtų suteikti pageidaujamas įsigyti paslaugas. Teikti pastabas/komentarus dėl pridedamos techninės specifikacijos projekto. Užpildyti pateiktą klausimyną.
